Cancellation/No Show Policy
   Luscious Beauty clinic requires 24 hours notice to be given should you wish to cancel your appointment. Please note in the event of of a cancellation less than 24 hours/no show, a cancellation fee of 50% of your treatment may be applied. 

Your Visit
   We know you will have a pleasant experience with us as we strive to exceed your expectations. Please ensure to arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment to allow time to check in and prepare for your treatment. Arriving late will limit you to receive your full treatment and full experience. Your treatment will end on time and will be a full charge.

 Cell Phone
  We ask that your Cell Phone be turned to silent, to ensure you and the clients around you receive the full experience and maintain the spa atmosphere.

Gift Certificates
   Gift certificates are available for purchase in Luscious Beauty Clinic. They do not expire however, they are non-refundable.

   At Luscious Beauty Clinic, in specific treatments, you are required to complete a consultation form. All information is strictly confidential.

Other spa policies
   Competition winners must avail of their prize within the specified date.  Prizes/Giveaways must be claimed within one month of the draw date. If prize has not yet been claimed by year end, management will then re draw.  

The management reserve the right to refuse service to a client as they in their discretion will decide.
